What pitch is the spur? Also what FDR are you looking for?

48 I believe. It is the 3racing delrin spur. I suppose my real question is what should my FDR be? I don't want it to run too hot

On my ms01d I have a FDR of 7.8 right now and that is great for me (at the moment), it is a matter of playing with it and testing it. Try going for anywhere between 6.5 and 8.5. That should be good.
