R31-16FM configuration

I just order an Eagle R31-16FM full hop up kit. I consider myself as a newbie in this scene and I got a few questions regarding this kit.
1) What are the CS pulley that come with this kit? I want to change to 1.8 CS but what pulley i need to change?
2) What is the camber and caster setting that might suit me as a newbie?
3) What is the correct way to set the suspensions and height?
4) Is there anything else i should replace or add to this kit except from those electronic parts?
5) Any good advice other than the above?

he has good set ups even if you dont want the high cs ratio he runs, standard cs on r31 is 55%
