So the side part is fine? Just trim the top and im good to go?

Provisionally install and see .
In the Yokomo 180SX nothing needs to be cut on the side, maybe just a little bit to align to the fender.

Shouldn't have cut on the actually hood lines? Or it seems way too small?

I did the same on my current build... What I'm doing to correct it is squared the engine bayand used a plastic sheet from some packaging to extend the body. I am then cutting a share hole in it just a few mm shorter then the engine bay. That way it'll just fall into place. Not quite finished but I'll take pics to show you.

By the way, color is looking good... You took my advise on using the sharpies.
