Here For the love of RC Drifting
MST FXX-D S will be relatively cheap and very good to start with:
http://www.rcmart.com/fxxd-drift-532123-...=1100_1247 ($174.99 and it comes with a nice servo for RWD)

Next, you'll need a comboo (in case of RWD 10.5R motor should be the right choice, personally I'd go with the last one):
http://www.rcmart.com/cb0584-p-35726.htm...=1560_1301 ($89.90)
http://www.rcmart.com/cheetah-sensored-w...=1560_1301 ($74.90)
http://www.rcmart.com/reventon-brushless...=1560_1301 ($129.00)

You can also consider buying some basic upgrades:
http://blackstarhobbies.com/index.php?ma...ts_id=1800 ($49.00)
http://blackstarhobbies.com/index.php?ma...ts_id=1854 ($16.60 - it's a must when you buy great angle steering arm set)

In case you are starting from a scratch, you'll also need:

Radio & receiver (I'd buy a Sanwa):
http://www.rcmart.com/sanwa-101a30874a-3...Path=36_47 ($79.90)
http://www.rcmart.com/futaba-channel-dig...Path=36_47 ($99.90)

Battery pack (hardcase should be your choice):
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store..._Pack.html ($32.93)

Charger (something like below will be good enough):
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...UINE_.html ($36.99)

Hope it helps!
