good luck with the move, hope to see you back on this project soon
I just got my kit today.
I'm going to use this thread as reference. I'm not sure what wing should/could be used with this. What wing did you have in mind?
Great job
Hey. I just started cutting out my kit.
So far I did the front bumper, front lip, rear bumper, rear bumper top piece. I'm looking to the fenders now. Do I just use the front and rear fender for each side? On the paper instructions there is a small piece also. On the lexan, there is a small piece with a L and a R on it, but it's connected to another piece. Do I just use the small top piece above the letter? Also, there is a piece on the front bumper lexan. Do I use that for anything? Do you have pictures of all of the pieces cut out? Thanks and hope you can help me out. (08-20-2013, 10:38 PM)SerpentCT4S Wrote: Hey. I just started cutting out my kit. Those extra pieces of lexan should be tabs to attach the bumper.
not to correct you mike but the peices are to connect the front widebody's together.
they expect you to keep the stock bumper, cut out the fog light areas and cut off the overfender. then you use the second peice to attach both the fender and front bumper overfender. the instructions are super hard to follow unfortunatly (08-20-2013, 11:35 PM)mikep415 Wrote:(08-20-2013, 10:38 PM)SerpentCT4S Wrote: Hey. hurry and finish haha! Looking good!
No such thing as perfect.
Student for life.
Thanks for the help, even though I'm still confused! Haha
I will take pics of the parts I have questions about. So, I need to cut the stock fenders off?
no dont cut the stock fenders off. just cut the kit out of its plastic then cut the kit off of the provided front bumper.
both need to be attached to the stock fenders and stock front bumper
