So I waited for the kinda-hot MILF-tacular mail lady today only to be told it was still at the main branch. But, the good things come to those who wait right?

Opened the shipping carton revealed this:

Good looking box with alot of pretty pix:

Opening said pretty box reveals this:

In the box:

Sex incarnate:

It begins...

Doing the mandatory pre-built kit inspection revealed a bent brake rotor!

I actually said I was going to remove these when I got the car but they look pretty damn good. Long nose pliers fixed it!

Some screws weren't exactly tight either, and none of the machine thread screws had thread lock. It's a (cue Bruce from Family Guy) "Oohh nooh" waiting to happen. Wanted to add that if you do get this car CHECK all screws that go into alloy and apply blue threadlock. When greasing the F/R gearboxes I found the shock tower screws weren't much more than hand tight.

Another irk, my standard sized servo, an Airtronics 94360 is too tall for the included standard sized servo mounts. The car somes with 3 different servo mounts; plastic low-pro, plastic high-pro, and sexy red alloy low-pro. Surprised there isn't a laydown servo option.I ended up just using spacers but after I post this I'm web searching for a low-pro servo, preferably with a red alum heatsink case.
Don't be a douche and help the next guy.

Man, every time I see the MST XXX-D, just looks so good. Love how narrow the chassis is, nice pick up!

It's weird servo you can move the steering when it's off and there's no resistance but works awesome when it's on lol

There was a JR low-pro but that was going for $180. I normally don't go for these cheaper electronics but I just saved my ass $150!

Back to work, I'm spending more time drooling over this thing and taking pix than getting it done. My wire job isn't turning out as awesome as I anticipated
