Check the option Settings → Applications → Allow unknown sources.

Open FileManager app and click on the .apk file.

It will ask you whether to install this app or not. Click Yes or OK.

It has been noted the Tools are badly aligned and need to be revised.

Ok I did that. Now how do I install?
-I select the attachment
-It asks me if I want to view or save
-I hit save, it downloads
-Then it asks me "Do you want to view the directory the attachment was saved in?'
-Then I don't know what to do

What phone are you using? And if you've rooted, changed ROM etc. Please include that information as well.

Soo a quick test run done. A few things I do like and don't like.

Few things I liked were that the reviews for chassis, bodies, electronics, etc are greatly categorized.
Has a mark all, delete features.
And the entire layout for me is great and also other note 3s users (presuming that it's only the note 3s are not having issues). And nothing is out of places

Downside is that it still makes me go thru the website to see other threads and etc. Users might just favour using the tapa talk app or full website
