Hey guys ive been drifting since 2006, I started out with the 1st gen sprint 2, then went to a redcat lightning, and now on to this bad boy. My D3 has alloy pulleys, front one way, Uwa shafts, alloy steering rack, alloy spur gear holder, alloy solid axle, and hpi titanium drift springs.

Powering this beast is the speed passion reventon S esc and my trusty novak ss4300kv motor, and a tatic metal gear servo.

Nice! I'm waiting for the front one way diff to come back in stock at rcmart. I'm also getting the belt tensioner on the rear bulk head
Nice to meet a fellow North Carolinian. I'm out here in Holly Springs and i'm also running a d3. Question, what tracks are around here that support drifting? I heard hanger 18 has something going on but their website is far from updated. Whats your experience with drifting around raleigh?

Does the car really need that one-way diff?

I wanted to use stock pulleys\diffs, but upgrade more the chassis parts.

I had to pay around 35€ for that back aluminum plate with belt tensioner.

It's out of stock everywhere, I sent some parts from Rcmart but they didn't have it.

Had to buy from UK and the part alone cost like 28€ + more for shipping Sad
Keep Cool

The front one way is supposed to be the best uograde for the chassis. I've had my car for about a month now and have mastered doing figure 8s in my single car garage on polished concrete. I believe the front one way will stop the car from going around when you lift the throttle. I'll let you know in 7-30 days when the diff arrives lol.
Yes the car really needs the one way, really helps with transitions, and really really tight corners.
