HELP engine bay install!

so im new at making complex rc derift bodies, i want to make a engine, i have the engine bay and the body, the engine is a 2jz by demi works and my body is the hpi VERTEX RIDGE TOYOTA SOARER BODY, but i dont know whats the best way to cut out the hood and attach the engine bay, please help i cant find an install vid on youtube either.!:(

Thankyou, I still need tips to instal my engine bay, i know i need to cut the hood, but idk what the best methode to having it sit in the body

I've used shoe goo to hold mine in place, and there are little RC airplane hinges u can use for the hood.
