Best thing to do is open the diff and hot glue the gears together. Simple as that. You could even fill the diff with hot glue. Hot glue is reversable if you decide to dont want a locked diff.

Yes I think that the hot glue trick is a good one too. I never thought to use hot glue.
Hot glue works wonders. Just make sure when you take the rear diff out and open it up , you clean most the grease out and the oil off the gears befor filling the diff with hot glue. Doesnt have to perfect just enough so the glue sticks.

I found that JB weld worked better than hot glue but it's the same idea

Got my parts last night put my car back together and realized that I need universal dogbones because with the one way in the front they come out

Looks good man. Im also in the market for CVDs . Its best to run the HPI CVD kit. has them in stock. They seem to be the strongest I can find.
