I scored (traced) the arch lines with a hobby knife a few times and then pressed the lexan to trim it out. Pretty easy and much cleaner than body scissors.

use a circle cutter. makes perfect circles every single time and is super quick. no worries about a hobby knife slipping or weird waves from scissors.

I have this exact one. cut all my wheel arches on about 10 bodies on the same blade so far. comes with like 4 or 5 extra blades. totally worth every penny IMO.

Black mesh grill mocked up for the build. Wall patches make amazing scale looking grills and are easy to cut apart. Some black tamiya paint and it looks almost real:) Gonna paint this bad boy tonight so stay tuned!![Image: IMG_20140608_154957786_HDR2_zps81yhd727.jpg]
