Motor problem - could I use any of these?

Was cleaning my garage and found my old RC-stuff.

I have two brushless motorsets one with sensorless 6t 540 motor and compatible esc which can handle 4s lipos.
And another brushless set with sensor 5.5t 540 motor and esc for 2s lipos.
I'm planning to manufacture my own chassis (incl. all parts), mainly imitating MST FXX-D RWD chassis, but in 1/12 scale.
For batteries I'm planning to use maxamps 2s lipos, 4000mAh, 5600mAh and 6000mAh.
My radio is also quite adjustable so that could also ease the pain with tight turn motor.

Question is, can I make car driveable with that 5.5 sensor set just increasing the gear ratio enough?
Or should I just buy 9-11t sensor system just for drifting?

Thanks for advance about any advices...

You can adjust by gearing or if you transmitter allows you can darn down your travel/exponential.
