MST KPI Upright (knuckles)

Just posting for your information here.

I ordered these from hobby best on eBay for my FS-01D. It states in there that it's for use with MS, FS, FXX and so on. Just about all chassis.



However, while the bearing that goes in from the inside fits fine. The outer bearing is too small. It requires a 5x11 bearing



The one that goes into the stock knuckle is 5x10.

So if you end up ordering these knuckles for your FS-01D make sure you also order bearing for it. Hobbybest also sells the bearings from MST so that should do the trick.

I just ordered them, I will update here once I get them and install them.

Yeah they should supply it with the knuckle considering the price. If you started with a xxx ht or fxx chassis your fine since they use 5x11 bearings standard.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I didn't know that until I was trying to install them, turns out I gotta wait now. Good thing is I will be gone for a week so the new parts will probably be here shortly after I come back. : )

boca bearing or even traxxas sell those 5x11 here in the US. My local shop has them. BTW. that looks top notch.

Most MST knuckles come with outer bearings.weird these don't.
