Nearly all printing houses own solvent printing machines and are able to print on vinyl aka oracal / orajet. Your own graphics file made according to ph's specifications and youre good to go :)

6 A3 sheets costs me around $65 and I guess the price could be twice as lower after a proper search for a proper printing facility.

The process was not captured, sorry. The SMD leds was directly soldered to two fat copper wires and all this device was just put into a transparent hotmelt glue placed on the lexan from inside. After that it was covered with aluminum scotch tape to avoid lighting to the interior. Thats all.
