Looking for some advice on a good drift build for around $800. I have no experience with drift other than what research I have done but want to invest in a good chassis I can grow with.
I would rather fork out the extra money for a nice build to begin with than over spending to upgrade an RTR in the future.
If anybody has good recommendations for a chassis build, let me know!
I have been looking at the MST MS-01D Pro Kit chassis but have absolutely no idea what motor, esc or servo to get.
http://atomicmods.com/mst-ms-01d-pro-kit/ (If this is even available)
I know I want a brushless sensored motor - I have been looking at this combo:
ESC: G Force TS-90
Motor: G Force Raijin 10.5T

Any thoughts?
A nice high speed servo seems to be a must so, any recommendations on that would be nice.
Some suggestions across the internet seem to point to a OMG Low Profile Digital Servo?
Also, Transmitter suggestions? Something nice enough to get the job done but not completely worthless?
??? ---> http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...ouse_.html <--- ???
I could splurge for a $100 Transmitter W/ Receiver but I still have to get batteries and battery charger.
I have been looking at the SkyMax B6 charger and the Gens Ace 5000 mAh 50C/ 7.4V / 2S LiPo batteries.
I think I prefer Belt vs Shaft Drive but 4WD and RWD is completely open to suggestions!
Regardless of any of this, whatever you guys might think would make a great, dependable drift chassis from your experience, I'm all ears.
I appreciate any info you guys can provide!
