New to this no idea what to buy.

Hey guys I'm looking to get into the whole scene and have no idea what to buy and how to differ from specs and brands.

Looking for something that can start me off easy but will last and can be customed. Would love some advice.

Before I can seriously answer your question, could you answer some of mine?
1. Where do you intend to drive your car? Inside/Outside? Purpose-built course or a tennis court?
2. What style of driving do you wish to do? AWD, CS, RWD, etc?
3. Are you comfortable building your own chassis kit?
4. How much do you want to spend overall?
