old fart from aus
hey guys,
reasonably new to the rc world as i spent most time either working or ps3. do love the idea of drifting and got the boy hooked as well.
im 46 from brisbane and the lad is 13 so i figure its gonna cost me a packet.
just picked up 2 d3 sakura chassis which is first cs chassis but also have a sprint2 that im bastardizing.
im more into the muscle cars whilst the lad likes his tuners or anything we may never afford. i think its standard for kids to own lambos and ferraris but thats his thing.
we both trying to do our own bodies but i never seem to be happy with the outcome while he couldnt care if its still clear as long as he can get the thing sideways.
Welcome to the forum. Great hobby for father and son.
Welcome! Old geezer here too and just joined as well. ;)

Welcome, I to am an old fart and I love drifting its a great hobby. It can be for fun or once really bitten by the bug the sky is the limit on how scale like you want to make your car.and I like tinkering with settings on my chassis almost as much as driving it.
