i moved here in 01 so it has been a while. i actually have heard of people doing lhd conversions through my dad. ive even heard of them being unreliable on trucks and suvs back then(im sure they have a lot of dedicated shops for these now). also, is it cheaper to convert it or rather to just import it?

the converted cars from japan that's imported is cheaper since they buy from auction. Buying from main dealership is very expensive due to fees and taxes. Buying certain high end cars, the price is so inflated that it is almost double the msrp.

Just got my AE86 back on the road after a 5 year hiatus. I think I mentioned in an earlier post that the whole front was torn off by someone running a red light. So after it cleared court I grabbed my sawzall, welder and some 1.75 in dom tubing and cut the wreckage off and rebuilt the while front end.

It's ugly now and I don't care anymore. It's a street bomber now! I'm just happy to be back in it. Plus going from 130 bucks a tank in the ram I was driving to 25 bucks a tank in this makes me very happy :)

Did you know that gas pumps in missouri limit a single fuel transaction to $75.00. I had to swipe my card twice to fill the tank on my dodge. 36 gallons is what it took :/

Anyway, yay hachiroku!

Here's my ride!
First, let's explain for you guys that dosen't know what this is
Here in sweden, when you are 15 years old you can take a drivers license for a moped, that is a 50cc bike restricted to 50 km/h. You can also drive a car that is restricted to 30 km/h on the same license. Though my bike was just restricted with a big lump in the exhaust that was attached with 3 bolts and now it does more like 70 km/h and isn't so legal :D

Started like this
