HPI finally released the first batch of carbon fiber parts and the diff spool for the Sport 3 so I just placed an order with Tower Hobbies. Once they arrive, I should have everything I need besides electronics to finish the build. Should get the chassis all put together at some point in March.
Hey im also building a rs4 sport 3 with the yeah convertion set. Nice work man! how was the steering after you modified it? do you drift with your setup?

Steering worked fine for drifting, didn't notice any issues. High traction, high speed racing might pose a bit of a problem, but it feels solid and its all aluminum, so its not like it has tons of flex like plastic would.
