HPI Super Drift tires? Not the T-Drifts, but the Super Drift tires have the same size sidewall as their normal grip tires do...the only ones that come to mind that don't have the stretch look. Raikou has some thicker walled tires, but they have the stretch look to them.

Just stumbled on this, thought I'd add my 2 cents. I got a set of scale dynamics rims with the sidewall ring. The stretched look didn't go with the style i was looking for. I ended up flipping the ring around to the flat profile side and used some ABS tires and it turned out looking pretty good. Gives a nice chunky unstretched sidewall profile. I'll post some pics when i get back in the garage if ya like.

Generally the tires stay the same size (generic 26mm is most common) and companies have started to add the sidewall onto the wheel instead of the tire. Such as what scale dynamics has done there.
if you want something with a more squared off look I use the knock off T-drift azenis. They have less of the stretch look but mainly your issue will be the wheel.
I'm also interested in a taller sidewall tire/wheel combo that has either no "stretch" or very little. The Scale Dynamics and Street Jam wheels are nice, but I also wish someone would make a wheel with an integrated "tire" that isn't quite so stretched.
So far, though, I've found no such option out there.... But I run the stretched look rims because I really like the taller, more realistic sidewall height, even though the stretch is a bit much for my taste.
