Track buildings and other stuff

I was wondering if there is any videos on how to build the buildings and gas pumps and other stuff you see around tracks?

im not real experienced in the model making part but as a plasterer i have some basic knowledge.
try sheets of balsa wood cut to size you want and metal duct once in place. that stuff sticks like shit to a blanket.
after that is painting.
if you need to flex the balsa, use some water and leave it to bend naturally. mdf sheets can work too, 3mm would be sufficient.
