The spacers for the upper arms allow for caster adjustment?

Yes that's what they are for. The instructions says 12 degrees is the most, but I think it goes way more then 12 with different settings.

I knew there was something else i i wanted to try. Have you run this yet? how does she handle with the front roll mod?

I've been running it before I got addicted to RWD haha. Compliments the chassis very well. Softened up the front and increased the traction throughout. Makes sliding the rear better and gained some angle from it.
