Would like to drop CS ratio on my Sakura D3 to 1.5
Hey guys....I finally got to working on my D3 this weekend and I exchanged the rear center 22t pulley to a 19t, however the stock rear belt now is too loose. I believe it is a 183 belt. What size should I get? Any suggestions?

How long do you think the new belt should be?

I think I saw somewhere that it should be a 177t belt.
1 mm drill takes out the pins really easy

Great tip. I used a 1mm hex key, cut it down and used it as a hammer pin to push out the spring pin! A royal PITA. Alum pulleys with set screws from here on out!!

Just checked my cheat sheet, stock middle belt on D3 SAK-D116 is a 173T 519mm.

You might only need to lose a tooth if not 2 at most.

Sakura Xi uses a 172T (SAK-X08) fyi

My middle belt was slack to begin with plus I found the car so hard to drive.
I changed front pulley to 12 tooth, rear pulley to 15 tooth.
Belt is now perfect, and c/s ratio is 1.7.
Car is better to drive too. To remove pins I found a tiny pop rivet was the go as a punch.
