Hello, can anybody tell me wich is the width of MST 120011 ball bearing ? What does the dimension 5x11 mean? Diameter x width? or inner/outer diameter?
I bought the MST kpi knuckles for the sakura d4 rwd and the smaller bearing (outer) is too short... the wheel (hex) is moving (left-right).

It should 5x11x4. I'm using yeah racing knuckles. I use a 5x11x3 and it is still ok. It's a copy of MST. Should be the same. Interim while waiting for the bearings you can use a plastic wire wrappers. Stretch them to fit the bearing then lightly burn it to tighten it.

I don't understand what to do with the wire wrapper... The wheel is moving along the x axes. Meaning in and out (or left/right). Not front/back. The problem seems to be in the width of the bearing. The pin that goes into the axle doesn't touch the bearing. It leaves a gap... I will upload photos later...

you need to increase the diameter of current bearing. The d4 bearing is smaller by 1mm. I will show you how I fixed this after work.

This is what I use. It is similar to the plastic on wire ends.

Stretch it to size of bearings

Cover the bearings . And use heat from lighter to tighten the plastic again.

If you don't have that you can try electrical tape

Very nice tutorial! But the problem for me is not the diameter. It's the width (height) of the bearing...

Ok. Sorry for the delay. I was busy with work...

As I found out, the mst bearing is 5x11x5 while the original D4 is 5x10x3... (!). I am wondering why people say it would fit... :(

You can see how deep it sits... I just ordered the original mst...

By the way I am very happy with my new ball bearing tool I bought from eBay![Image: 74797ff5308d6700a3060721c96fbaf2.jpg][Image: 76086b3901e8ab945913312ad376c46e.jpg]

ok understand what you mean. you can still try what i did. If the diameter big enough it will hold the bearing from slipping in and out. Or you can just wait for the bearings to come.
Thanks again! I don't have electronics yet, so I don't mind waiting for the bearings...
