This chassis came in a package deal, I was told it was an E10 but I have reason to believe it is a TT01....could anyone confirm?

Also I'm wondering what all would be needed to get this motor and drive system mounted? Is it worth it? I see the TT01 motor mount and don't see how it would secure the motor. Also the drive system is left untouched with the motor mount I see online[Image: 51d1f0aa8d83b9292c3ae068bcb3f6ee.jpg]

Every bit of help is greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance

I haven't seen a E10 in person but I currently have 2 x TT01's and that looks like a TT01. Did it come as pictured with no screws, cover and mount etc.?
Best to download a TT01E manual and compare in there what you require (don't forgot screws) http://www.tamiya.com/english/rc/rcmanua...type_e.pdf
Good online store to get Tamiya parts and hop-ups is http://www.rcmart.com Just get part numbers from manual and put them in the search button and you can also search through the TT01 parts section on their site - http://www.rcmart.com/tamiya-tt01e-c-595_744_1223.html

The car came as shown in my picture. It was thrown in as a parts car but looks like I just need a plastic cover for the drive parts and the motor mount plate.

Thanks for the help team!

Yup you would need that plastic cover over the spur and motor but your mossing a mount on the motor side and one hole is stripped on the motor side

Well today it is raining and chooks/ducks didn't get locked up last night so they have come and left little bombs all over the concrete undercover. So I decided to pull down my sons TT01 to give you a better idea. Usually have to pull off the top deck 1st but this setup doesn't have one. There is 4 x screws that hold down the cover. This is where the issue is going to lye for you as 2 of those screw holes are stripped/broken going by your photo. A new chassis is pretty cheap for a TT01 though.

Not sure what the MA16 (4305125) Motor Plate does. The motor mount in this one isn't plastic. Might pull the cover off the other one and see what it is like as it is just a standard TT01D. Will also require 2 x screws for the motor and also pinion gear for the motor.

Maybe other parts required. Only going off the photo.

An emax 19t pinion 32pitch will work with that spur as I just had to buy one
