I actually might just go with the washers on top of the deck under the pulley mounts. But I don't want to stress the plastic threads at all so we'll see. Any other tensioning ideas? Maybe an idle gear pushing up in the tooth side of the belt?

Here's what Iv come up with seems ta be secure, Probblley abit overkill pulley tensionor though! lol
The belt should be placed on the underside of the pulley, was just exspermenting lol
