So, I've had my Sakura D3 for a while now. Not driven it yet as I still need to move the centerpulley. But the geardiff is in and everything else is set. One thing I would like to ask here is if anyone has found a better way to mount shorty batteries in the stock plastic tub? For one its hard to get the battery in the chassis and second keeping it in place with the rubber bands is not very pretty. I would like to cut off the braces for the battery and install some carbon battery holders or something, but I'm afraid that it might weaken the chassis tub too much.
