Also, some paints aren't made to be used on lexan/polycarbonite. Testors has never let me down and we've painted hundreds of shells throughout the years.

Here's another lil detail I decided to go ahead and try to tackle. Never used styrene before but it looks good to me.

You miiiight do ok. I painted a crawler body with krylon primer on the outside to give it an actual primer look finish. In almost 10 years of bashing it's not flaked any. Tons of scratches but no flaking.

Either way it looks good. Best of luck on the finish.
This is looking real good, you still have the body. If so has it taken any damage drifting with it on and if has how did the styrene hold up?
