yep they tension the belt use 1mm on the front screws and 0.5mm on the rear screws. I also have both one ways but not a Zero S? If you are only going FWD then you can put the front pulley in any position so yes it should work fine

I got the one way as well for it
Sorry I meant under the rear pulley mount not the deck it's self! by tilting the pulley mount backwards slightly the centre belt gets a little more tension
@Dorvack. OMG your chassis! I'm in love with that. you got the right idea man. I dont like the idea of fastening a block that is supposed to sit flat on washers of different sizes, especially since it is made out of plastic. I'd would REALLY like to know where i can buy the parts you used to make yours. I love it. I dont need the threaded sides for the in bound coils though. Just those tensioner blocks, idle pulley, bearings and the shaft/spacer combo. I would really appreciate that. I want to copy your swagger!

Yeah that actually helps a lot. I obviously won't be able to make the same exact thing but it points me in the right direction!
I actually might just go with the washers on top of the deck under the pulley mounts. But I don't want to stress the plastic threads at all so we'll see. Any other tensioning ideas? Maybe an idle gear pushing up in the tooth side of the belt?
