its not hard to move the (PLASTIC) pulley over 2mm, just drill new hole 90deg to existing

getting it OUT off its springpin took about 10X longer Tongue
Has anyone learned to drift on a CS car?

Is it worth learning on a 50/50 car first?

Just having some second thoughts about the Sakura D3 now..
I started with 50/50 and it  severely hampered my learning CS if you start with CS you'll pick it up in no time I gave a guy a shot of my D3 he'd never used an RC car before and he picked up the basics in about 15min it took me about a week to do the same
I started on a cs'd r31... Either way you look at it the key is practice!

Dorvack.

Hahaha the car I want is a Yokomo DIB, its more a matter of what I can afford.

So far for the Sakura D3 I am at $300 with most of the major hop ups.

Cant spend anymore though... still have to get through the month before payday again haha!
yeah I know what you mean! have you got it all assembled yet? or are you still waiting for it?

No not yet, Car is in Sydney at the AustPost Depot.

However I have to wait for other packages to come from Amainhobbies, RCMart and Hobbyking before I can start building.

Going to start painting/cutting my Shell, got the Drift Mission sticker bomb all printed out and got something planned ....

Really want the Yokomo FT86/FRS shell.... Ill save it till after I have learned.

FYI, this is why I am second guessing myself.

I like the D-Like GT 86 shell better, that yokomo chassis is a drift package type C they are a bit like a TT-01 but better
